Notes: A rather simplified version of that great Civil War tune "Battle Cry of Freedom",
also known as "Rally Round the Flag Boys". It's a clawhammer version in G, but can be played solo in Bb (A#) so capo 3 from G (or tune up 3 frets). To play along with the 2nd South Carolina version Youtube link, play in G, remembering that this version is played on a Minstrel Banjo, and has a more haunting sound to it.
