Notes: I was pondering good songs to introduce my students to 3/4 timing. I asked Ira Gitlin, a fabulous teacher and wonderful contributor to the Hangout, and he suggested Amazing Grace. There weren't any tabs here that I liked very much, so I came up with this. The first time through is super simple, and has mostly melody notes with a few fills. The second time through is a little more complicated and incorporates some melodic elements. The third includes a simple vamping backup using closed chord positions.

Is there any way I could find or get a recording of this piece (Amazing Grace). I am a beginner and it is a great help to me to have music to play along with.
