The PDF file version doesn't show the (odd to me) banjo tuning. I can play this one fine in D out of open G - but the tab would then be totally different. I also had to check "banjo" in Play-> Midi options; otherwise all one could hear on my PC was the metronome. It made a great playalong track once I did that.

When you play the midi the repeats are not followed because you have not completed the reading list in the midi menu.
