I posted this in Guitar Pro but somehow it got translated to Tabledit which mis-interpreted the fifth string fingering. The Guitar Pro Tab is correct. To play the Tabledit Tab subtract 5 frets from the fifth string

Well since I last posted I've upgraded to Guitar Pro 6 and this piece will not play correctly in the newer version. So to play it in GP6, Add 5 frets to the 5th string capo. In other words capo the 5th at 8.
Just a little post script, this is exactly the way I learned it from Courtney Johnson.
