Notes: This tune changes from D to Dm, and repeats forever, although you'll want to stop sooner. I got it from the Portland Collection. As with most fiddle tunes adapted for banjo, it's not note-for-note, but it's close and it's playable.

This is from the Portland Collection. It's fairly easy, once you get used to playing in 6/8 time. There's some "cross" picking, because I avoid playing two eighth notes in a row with the same finger.

Notes: No tricky stuff here. Fun to play once you get it down. Check out my video of this; it's arranged a bit differently, but the playing is, basically, as shown in the tab.

Notes: I tabbed this tune from the melody as played by David Grisman on the mandolin. I think I got it pretty close. It's much more Keith style than Scruggs. I'm still learning how to play it up to speed, and I'm sure some of you will get there quicker than I. Any suggestions/corrections are welcome.

Notes: This is mostly melodic style with a bit of single-string in there. The fingerings are unusual, but not impossible.
