I don't often take the time to write reviews, however after purchasing my second Bart Veerman 4-String Banjo bridge I felt compelled to share my experiences.
First, Bart is a consummate professional, while it might be a bit challenging to navigate his website it's not hard to get in touch with him directly. Once you do you'll find Bart is a craftsman of the highest caliber. Bart, either directly or via his website forms gets all the information necessary to build you a truly exceptional custom bridge. I can't stress this enough, take the time to get your measurements right, from bridge height to string width, playing style, head material, etc. All of these criteria play into the design and build process, so getting them right is critical to letting Bart build you a perfect bridge.
Now, after you've done your homework you can sit back and wait for a beautiful well designed and expertly crafted bridge to arrive.
Each of the last two bridges Bart built for me have worked wonders on my Irish Banjos. The tone, color, and feel have all been dramatically improved. If you are struggling with the "flabby" G string on your Irish Banjo you'll find a Bart custom bridge will be "exactly" what you need to get that problem licked.
I'd write more, but I've got a banjo to play, so stop wasting time reading these reviews, go to Bart's site and get a bridge, you'll be happy you did.
