Wanted to play my banjo on the porch during the nice weather. Figured a mute was in order to keep the neighbors from storming the house much the same as the villager’s did in the Frankenstein movie.
After reading some great advice on home devices in the forum, I decided that I was too lazy and purchased a “Mike’s Mute” on-line.
Received the mute within days and was well satisfied. Light, well built, easy on and off and a pleasure to use. Although not inexpensive, any apprehension will disappear after a few minutes of picking. As expected, I am playing longer each day as I don’t have to wait for the wife to leave the house.
