the hardware is fine Japanese Chrome 2pc flange The tailpiece broke so I upgraded that. The tuners are OK the kind that came on the upper end 70's Japanese banjos.my first thought was to upgrade but they work fine so they can stay.

the tailpiece broke .The tuners are not my favorite but the work fine.General quality is good as expected for a high end 70's japanese banjo.

The best thing about this banjo is the 6th string.I have worked out Side Saddle(a Sonny tune) and some Crowe licks.Sound is good, plays nice, cuts a mike pretty good.
