Just received my second Mike's Mute. We still live in Texas but have a lake house in Arkansas. I keep a banjo at each location, so I needed the second mute. Mike's mute is very well made and works great! I have tried a few others, but they just do not work as well. I highly recommend this mute to keep the noise down and keep the peace when necessary.

Tom Anderson from Janet Davis Music in Bella Vista, AR did a tune up on my Maple Blossom. It has never sounded and played as good as it does now. Tom is first rate, great to deal with and overall just a great guy and luthier. I highly recommend him if you need any work done on your banjo.

Was looking for alterntive to the Grover bridge that come on my Maple Bossom, so I contacted Virgil about his Frog Bridge. He sent me a bridge with the specs I asked for and it made the banjo come alive. Virgil is a real stand up guy and easy to work with. HIghly recommend you give him a try.
