The strap itself is fantastic. It's soft, comfortable leather and attaches easily.
The owner, Kenny Bohling (bbanjoboy on the Hangout) went above and beyond the call of duty. I had ordered the wrong strap for my banjo and he told me to just send it back, pay for the difference for the new one, and he'd send me what I needed. Very prompt to answer emails and quick turnaround on shipping. I couldn't be happier with the strap and with the customer service from Lakota Leathers.

This mute is high quality, easy to put on and take off (don't even need to take off your picks), and makes continuous banjo playing tolerable to my 11 month old and his awesome mother. They both love to listen to me play, but let's be honest, being in the same room with a beginning banjo player can probably get on most people's nerves after a while. This mute has really improved my practice time and given me the opportunity to play a lot more than without it. I highly recommend it.
