I don't write reviews. That being said I felt compelled to with excitement. I emailed Tim and explained that I know little about my banjo but knew it was time for a bridge. What was next? He had me do a little work measuring and telling about my banjo and my style. This took three emails to complete do to my questions witch Tim was happy to answer. He made that experience easy for me the beginner. I received my bridge and placed it as I started to tune I could not stop smiling as I new right away that there would be a noticeable improvement. I am very happy with the hole experience. Tim thank you for you patience and care. Sound is loud and clear.
