John did a very tricky job for me - adding the "mastertone" pearl lettering on the peghead of a ball bearing banjo - and did a great job. During the shipping home the neck was badly damaged by the shipper, and John spent many hours making it right. To me that's not only a testament to his great workmanship but also his character.
