Wonderful banjo for bluegrass playing. Love the light weight. Loud, good tone, very good banjo. Sound rating if rated for banjos in that price range would be 10

Warranty is one year, but at this price I am surprised it even has a warranty. A couple emails to the company were answered the next day.

Nothing outstanding except it is an excellent banjo in a price range anyone could buy. It could easily sell for much more.

They keep the price down by skipping all the options. I'm adding an armrest and I will install side dots. I think it is good that they sell a no frills banjo, in order to sell a good quality banjo and a price anyone can buy. Frills can always be added.
