Right out of the cradle this banjo sounds great. The volume is very strong.

This banjo was an absolute bargin. Where else could one find a Custom built banjo, hand built by an artisan at such a reasonable price. Arthur Hatfield is clearly a lover of the banjo who is dedicated to building the best banjo possible while keeping the cost as reasonable as possable.
