I purchased a RK-OT25 BR Banjo a couple of weeks ago from Gryphon. My intension are to use this Banjo as my travel Axe to and from our vacation cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains of north Ga.
I didn't buy it with a hard case because i already have an extra one. The Banjo was package very well, better than what I expected. It arrived in pristine condition.
The set up was spot on as received. All I had to do was install the bridge. Bridge placement was marked with blue painters tape. I was very happy to see that it was not done in pencil. I really don't like pencil marks on the head of my Banjos'. I can't say enough about their great customer service.Thank you very much Gryphon.

I purchased the heavy bridge for placement on my Prust tackhead.
I also put on a new set of Aquila Classic Nylgut with the red 4th string. Once the strings were stretched in and settle, it really brought the bass and treble out of the 13" pot.
I play in several tunings.

Customer Service is by far, the best I've ever received from any Music Shop. I purchased a Brand New Recording King RB-024 from them. Many online Banjo stores listed them as in stock, but, no one had one. The RB-024 has not been produced since 2012. I contacted Bucks County Music and they didn't have one in stock either. They in turn contacted Recording King to inquire if they had any left. I got Lucky,because they had only one left. Bucks County ordered in for me from Recording King.
The set up of the banjo was spot on. Packing and shipping was great! My Banjo arrived safely.
