The setup was excellent. Perfect action and no dead spots anywhere on the neck. I did change the nylgut strings from lights to mediums just because I prefer a little more tension.

Beautiful instrument. Nicely figured walnut neck and rim. Plain paddle headstock. The aged brass hardware looks great with the walnut and black richlite fingerboard. Overall the banjo could be described as elegantly understated.

The banjo seems very robust and well put together. I expect it will handle travel or anything I throw at it, with basic care, for years to come.

I am very impressed with Pisgah Banjo Co. Patrick and his wife, Molly,
have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the build. They are accessible, responsive, friendly, and clearly put their customers first. The banjo itself has a limited lifetime warranty that expect I will never have to use.
