Excellent sound, warm, mellow, and not too loud.

Setup

Really good set up.
I'd say that you just can't go wrong building this kit as it has a zero nut and all you need fuss with is the bridge placement which is pretty easy.

The "no mess" kit is my second build and the finish is very good.

Overall Comments

My second build of the basic banjo kit. This one went together in less than an hour. All the holes were pre drilled. I just put everything on it, glued it up and set it aside for a day.

Strung it up the next day and placed the bridge.

Awesome. light weight, great action and a beautiful sound.
