This is a catchy tune that the Dillards used to do back in the day. The banjo is a mid 30's Style 2 Gibson Conversion. It has a brighter sound than the banjo I usually play but it sounds pretty good on some of these old school tunes.

I wanted to record this banjo before I sold it. It sold to Cody Hill who lives in Indiana. It's an old Frankenstein banjo that has the old sound. I put the recording together in about 10 or 15 minutes so it's a little sloppy but still got it going pretty fast.

I played my all Metal banjo even the neck for this clip. Scrubbed it up good with my playing all the other instruments. Anyway this metal banjo sounds pretty darned good. There are some pics of it on my photos section. If I rode a Harley this would be the one I'd play at Bike Week....

It's a super tune with a bluesy sound. I added some of my own stuff too it so I hope I didn't mess it up too bad. I played all the instruments and recorded it in a rush. The fiddle sounds like a crack head is playin it and it got a little busy...
