Been playing banjo since I was 15. I play and have gigged on guitar, banjo, and mandolin. For a dozen years I played guitar in various blues and rock bands. Currently I play mandolin in a country blues mandolin duo. Contest-wise, I have placed twice in the Indiana State Banjo contest (4th in 2006 & 3rd in 2007) as well as placing in mandolin (3rd in 2007). I am also a graduate student in the School of Education at Indiana University.
