I recently made a post on the forum that I was looking into getting a new banjo and wanted advice on what to get. I had never played/owned a good quality banjo. I got some real good feedback (which) in turn led to a really good deal from a "Hangout" member. Jerry (known as Fisher) on the Hangout, sold me one of his banjos and he really did this ole country boy right. I am now the proud owner of a Deering (Sierra model) professional banjo and I could not be happier. Much thanks to all those who responded to my call and even more thanks to "Fisher" who made me the deal of a lifetime. I will be posting a new Avatar soon with my banjo in hand and a big ole smile to go along with it. Thanks Hangerouters and "Thank You" Jerry for trusting in me and being my friend.
