Been trying to get rid of the 'extra' 10 pounds I've been carrying for the last year and a half. Started seriously walking again, (including 3± miles night before, 5± last night), the last couple-three weeks.
It takes away from my banjo practice time, not that I've had a set amount/program, but I was playing somewhat more than now! (I know stop 'blogging' and go play)!

Been playing since the mid-90's. Began with Murphy Method, (video courses, they are great), went to Tony Trischka, (he's the best), for a while, but busy with my own business has kept me from that!
I play mostly BG, but will play other types/styles too.
Enjoy going to Albert Hall, in Waretown, NJ, for the weekly jam.
