Got started on clawhammer at beginning of COVID pandemic. Play for my own amusement, friends and family. I was always interested in banjo because my grandfather made his living playing tenor banjo in the 1920’s and 30’s. Using Cathy Fink’s TrueFire courses to learn. Practice 5-10 hours a week. Goal is to just to get better and have fun.
