I was born and raised in the hills of Missouri and Arkansas. The first live music I ever heard was banjo and fiddle music. My family is very old-fashioned, and led me down a path of American heritage music. At 10 I began playing old-time fiddle and shortly after that I picked up the banjo. The rest is history.
