Started playing in high school in the erly 60's after hearing Dave Guard and the original Kingston Trio. I went to the Vega factory in Boston in 1962 and bought a Folklore long-neck off the wall and played it on he MTA on the way home. Stupidly sold it in the Air Force in 1968. Got the bug again in the late 80's and had Bart Reiter make me a custom long-neck with a Tubaphone tone ring. I am a school teacher and photographer (www.peterurbanski.com) and live in Westbrook, Maine. I have too many interests and do not spend enough time pickin'. Also bought a Martin D-15 rosewood last year and just love it. I would like to get together with other pickers to get better.
