I decided to take banjo lessons at the Shedd Music Institute in Eugene, OR and became inspired. I chose the banjo because I have always thought, "More people should play the banjo because it always brings a smile to someone's face." It is always the instrument that I find myself paying attention to most at festivals. I am looking forward to the Oregon Country Fair as well as the multiple festivals in the Northwest.
