PENDING. 2nd and last old project banjo I had that I wanted to keep and finish but will never get around to it. Features a prewar Gibson 10.5 inch banjo pot with a tonetube and a Rogers calfskin head. It looks really nice. Has an period correct resonator and includes the 4 original small resonator lug screws. Has TWO coordinator rods however this would have originally had only one. I used to like to put two rods in these because a proper setup for great sound is impossible without the second rod (IMO). Neck is from a 70's Epiphone, partially finished, needs finish on headstock face as well as the overlay on the truss rod access removed. To be sure there is some work here on the neck but the resonator and pot are ready to go. Comes in a Hardshell case and the original key in in the pocket. Also has misc hardware and will include two sets of new strings for you. Has L bracket for tailpiece. Also has correct prewar washers. Case is clean, purple velvet lining with a very heavy duty handle. I'm not sure what it it but it appears significant.
I hope someone else sees the potential in this banjo. It would make a really fine festival banjo due to light weight. I do not have any tuners for this banjo. Sorry.
