Gibson Earl Scruggs Standard, 1998. Tone ring and flange have the Gibson USA, the tailpiece has the script Gibson. The original The Gibson Case is in remarkable condition for 25 years of service. These cases alone sell for $300-$400 in this condition.
There are no dents or chips in the back of the neck or on the peghead. There is "crazing" in the the lacquer of the resonator, which is not uncommon.
On the sides of the neck around frets one to five, there is wear to the finish that can be seen, but not felt. The plating is in exceptional condition for 25 years of exposure.
There is a new Weather King head and new Huber strings and a Huber bridge.
