This Festival Deluxe was one of the last made before Bill Sullivan's passing in 2007. As you can see in the resonator it has signatures from Bill, Jeff, and Eric Sullivan. This festival Deluxe features beautiful curly maple with tortoise binding. The tone ring is the Sullivan that was used by Gibson as the "Crowe" ring with great bass response and complemented by the brightness of maple. I've just gone totally through this banjo checking the fit of the ring and neck and it has all new frets from Steve Huber. It has Schaller d-tuners and they function fine.
