Hatfield neck, mahogany, flying eagle fingerboard, style 3 peghead inlay with straight across, slightly bolder Gibson inlay.
The back of the neck has a very well done speed neck, with the feel of a slight bit of lacquer left, not the raw wood feel.
The frets are in fine condition, with only incidental wear at the second and third under the third string, as usual.
This neck was fitted to a prewar flange and rim, so fitting the neck to a pot with modern hardware might require some slight adjustment.
The profile of the neck is slightly wider across the fingerboard from fret five on up. A little more working room in my opinion.
