This is a beautiful and heavy, about 11 pound banjo. It is like new. The bad part is someone drilled a 1/2inch hole in the back of the resonator for a pickup. Not sure why since it is plenty loud! I plugged this with a wood dowel and stained the best I could. I added a new Remo head and a compensated bridge. The head is dial tuned to 90lbs and it is strung with light strings. If you are looking for a bluegrass beast this will fit the bill.
Includes gator hard case. Will consider trades for a vintage 5 string open back banjo of similar value.
