Years ago, I was on a jag where I thought the Orpheum Super Special was the prettiest peghead around. Since there were only 4 strings available, I made a couple.
Inlays were done by Dave Nichols.
Pot is a Vega style Whyte Laydie. Pie resonator.
Plays good.
Neck is a little thicker than a bluegrass instrument. I have big hands, so never an issue. I can measure it if you like.
Finish work was by a luthier friend.
