***Rickard 10:1 Cyclonic Tuners (Set of 4) Polished Brass w/ Boxwood Buttons $160 + $10 Shipping***
NOW WITH OPTIONAL AGED KEITH-STYLE BUTTONS
I'm not going to bloviate too much about these tuners, but if you know anything about anything in the banjo world, you'll know about THE best tuning pegs available. Conceived by a mechanical genius from the Great White North, Bill Rickard, these tuners afford THE most precise tuning possible in a traditionally shaped banjo tuning peg. At best, normal mechanically geared tuning pegs offer a 4:1 gear ratio, that is to say, for every four complete turns of the button, the tuner barrel (the end with the string wrapped around it) turns one complete revolution. So you can imagine what an advantage it would be if a banjo tuning peg's button turned ten times for every one revolution of the tuner's barrel. It was once thought impossible to achieve such precision in a banjo tuning peg, but Bill Rickard made the impossible happen. And now YOU can make the impossible happen on your very own banjo, and at a very affordable price!
The sale price of these tuning pegs is $160 plus $10 for shipping, insurance & tracking via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
