This is a unique little conversion.....It was born in 1926 as a MB-2 mandolin banjo......It is super nice with the 10 1/2" tubular brass tone hoop and the "Rogers" shin head....The neck was shortened by about 1 1/4" to make it 21 fret......It is now more symmetrical with the shorter neck.....Everything is original just as it came except the new neck and tuners......This little banjo only weighs just under 7lbs. and would be perfect for a younger person or a lady picker.....I feel sure grown-ups would like it as well....New Hard case included.......
