Prewar Redline case from the early 30's, most likely. The outside is much better than most I've seen. The handle pad has deteriorated over the years, but someone has done a very nice job of wrapping the handle with black tape. All of the latches work and the metal buttons on the bottom are all there.
The interior is remarkably intact for a case of this vintage.
