Those who know National picks know there are at least two different varieties of Oval 8 style of finger picks. One version is made from thinner nickel-silver stock, which are newer, and the original style, which are thicker and nearly identical to Pat. Pend. Nationals. This set is the best I've ever used. No contest. Great deal. I've only had a few sets of these, ever. Gave one set of these to Fleck, who used them to record his 2013 "Imposter" banjo concerto with the Nashville Symphony.
