1925 Gibson TB3 with nice maple 5 string conversion speed neck. Neck was heat pressed and refretted years ago by Snuffy Smith so it’s nice and straight and plays well. Intonation is good. Frets recently dressed by Don Bryant along with installation of new Rickard tuners, new Remo high crown head, and new Jerry Sloan tone ring. Has spikes at 7, 8, 9, and 10. Has a pearl truss rod cover. This has been my main five for the last 15- 20 years. I don’t know who made the neck and not sure if tailpiece is prewar. Ball bearing tone ring and original neck long gone. Sounds great. Loud and dry but a little less depth than a one piece flange banjo, but perhaps a little sweeter up the neck. I’ll throw in the Levy’s strap. Comes with decent hard shell case.
