This type truss rod cover was often used by Gibson on RB-250 Bowties and other instruments, in the 1950's, 60's and later. Probably still using these
on Les Pauls and other guitars still in production. Stewart-MacDonald sells an aged repro like this cover for $61.69.
No screws, just the cover with this one.
