The Loar 310 mandolin features a bone nut, adjustable ebony bridge, solid spruce hand carved top, Grover tuners, and laminate back and sides with a satin finish. This is a solid, entry level mandolin for the musician who does not want to pay an exorbitant amount of money for an instrument., but wants a good sound. The Loar that I am offering comes with a pick, strap, and a soft carrying bag.
If you wish to hear how the Loar 310 sounds, visit YouTube. There are at least two, perhaps three, good videos out there showing the Loar in action.
My only reason for selling is that I am, essentially, a banjo player. While I enjoy playing the mando, I find that I get too involved, taking too much time away from banjo practice.
