The old saying down south is "rare as hen's teeth"...That's what this RB-1 is. This original 5-string F.O.N. 117-7 is all original and unaltered right down to the 5th string friction peg. This banjo does have a new head and bridge. The neck has 5th string spikes at the 7th and 9th frets. The pot, hardware, etc is all original and in great condition. This banjo sounds great and has no excuses. Also included is the original 5-string case. These type banjos are exceedingly rare to be all original in this condition.
Local pickup or meeting is preferred. We can set up a time for a visit to the shop or I can drive a bit.
