It doesn’t get any better or rarer than this gem. What a find. I have never seen another one for sale. All original Bacon and Day Style Three Five String Banjo. I’ve had several original five string Silverbell number one’s but I’ve never seen a style three for sale until I found this example. The heel carving is majestic and the neck is dead straight Gorgeous instrument, original genuine Mother of Pearl tuners. Spectacular tone appropriate for a wide range of styles. Two tone metal hardware was a custom order. All original parts, excellent condition. Professionally set up by world renowned banjo luthier, Rene Karnes.
