For your consideration is a simply stunning offering. This five string conversion Banjo was put together by world renowned Banjo Luthier Renee Karnes. It is a 1925 Apple phone bandmaster Brazilian Rosewood Plectrum Banjo, which many experts feel is the finest Plectrum Banjo ever made. The neck is beautiful maple with fine inlays made by an unknown luthier. The Legendary bluegrass banjo player and guitarist Eddie Adcock performed and recorded with this model during his years with the Country Gentlemen and he preferred it over prewar Gibsons. He still has it. The tone is singularly unique and absolutely phenomenal. The original Plectrum Brazilian Rosewood neck is included and in pristine condition. This is the nicest example of this iconic model I have ever seen. Comes Period correct original vintage 1920s hardshell Wurlitzer five string case.
