A 1930 Gibson TB-4 Gibson Mastertone in pristine condition. Banjo now has a Frank Neat neck, Hopkins chrome 20 hole conversion ring. Everything original with the banjo. Rim has not been cut. Original neck, tuners, arch top ring come with the banjo. Banjo was bought new in 1931. Owner enlisted into the Navy in 1939, put banjo in the case. WWII broke out, owner developed sickness during the war, passed in 1945. Banjo stayed in it case from 1939 until 2016. I have documentation from family stating the history of the banjo. Not many like this left. It is a fatboy rim banjo. Serial number 9521-32. I prefer not to ship banjo, willing to meet someone half way up to 3-4 hours. Come in a new Guardian hardshell case.
