This is a beautiful example of a late, style 3 banjo. Originally shipped to Hunleth Music Co. on April 1, 1937. The original nickel plated hardware is in near mint condition. Gorgeous orange/mahogany color maple rim with a birds-eye maple inner ply. The rim has been fit with a Huber HR-30 ring. The resonator was poorly refinished when Steve Huber acquired it so he refinished it to it’s proper color. Huber mahogany neck with rosewood board and style 3 inlays. Newer V-2 tuners with prewar ivoroid buttons including 5-peg.
Comes with a hardshell case.
This is a very powerful, clear and great sounding banjo. Very close to my prewar flathead. You can really "dig' into this banjo and it doesn't seem to give up. You can feel the vibrations coming thru the resonator like my Flathead.
Any questions, additional pictures, etc just shoot me an email and I'll respond ASAP.

To avoid shipping during the holidays, I'd be willing to meet half way if you are in Va/Md/WV/Tennessee/North Carolina/PA, etc. Just throwing that out there. I'd hate to see it get broken.
