Bourgeois OMC cutaway, Adirondack spruce top, Indian Rosewood sides and back, beautiful herringbone inlay on top edge as well as herringbone stripe on back, ebony fingerboard with ebony pyramid bridge, Fishman passive pickup, professionally setup by Billy Chapman with excellent action suitable for both finger picking and flat picking, heavy duty arched top Taylor case, and it is my understanding that this same guitar was made by Dana Bourgeois himself.
Some pick rash above and below sound hole and pick guard may have shrunk slightly or been replaced sometime in the past (shown in photos).
This is a tremendous guitar with a beautiful sound and plenty of volume. Retails for $4,300, do my price is pretty good.
