Up for sale is a really nice Gibson Earl Scruggs
Standard made in 2000. This banjo is all original. Really nice curly maple neck and resonator. Nickel plated hardware shows hardly no patina at all and is in really good cosmetic condition as is the wood and finish. No checking or chips that I can find. However they’re two small holes drilled in the side of neck where a 5th string capo was installed at one time. Tone is real nice and loud. Nice maple sound from this one. Railroad spikes at 7&9th frets and work very well. Gibson hasn’t made a banjo in 10 years and probably never will again. I would think that these would be very collectible one day if they aren’t already. Will come with a Dotson bridge and a nice, what I believe to be a Superior hard shell case. No trades please, I’m selling to try to finance another instrument. If interested I can be reached at (601)-319-6078
