Hi, and thanks for looking at my ad.
This is a very nice Made in Japan 70's Era Conrad 5 String Resonator Banjo & Case.
I took the banjo all apart, and polished up the metal pieces, treated the fingerboard, and set the banjo up to play easily, and set the head up with a Drum Dial to 90. Although it didn't have it on it when I took the pictures, it will come with one of my 100 Year Old Barnwood Bridges on it, which really brings out the nice sound of the banjo.
The banjo comes with the original case, but the binding is coming loose, as most of these cases do, but it protects the banjo well.
The banjo has a few scratches, and dents, but not bad at all for a 50 year old banjo.
It looks good, sounds good, and would be a great banjo for the beginner wanting to move up to a better banjo, or someone who wants a good banjo to take to jams when they don't want to take their expensive banjo out of the house.
