The modern Kel Kroydon line of banjos were built by the late Robin Smith and this one is tremendous. This Kel started life as a KK-2 as seen on the label. The banjo went back to Robin Smith and was converted to a KK-10 using a beautiful walnut neck and resonator with walnut sidewalls. Usually these had the black "paint" in these areas so the stained walnut is a bonus. Another huge bonus is the Dannick no-hole tone ring. The banjo is in excellent condition with minor patina on the metal and 5th string spikes at the 6th, 7th, and 9th frets. This banjo ships in a very nice Superior case. Feel free to ask questions...Thanks for looking!
