Awesome Tone and Volume from this Beautiful 1925 Gibson TB-4 Conversion 5 String Banjo. All original except for neck, tailpiece original but punched. The planet tuners remain on the tenor neck. The buttons are later 50s 60s button. The Custom HR-30 drop in tone ring. (No Rim Modification.) The Mahogany conversion neck was constructed by Chris Warner. The neck has the 1925 Mastertone Block layout on the peg head with the finger board displaying hearts and flowers. Spikes installed 7,8,9 & 10. One small diamond shaped surface plug was used on the heel to mask a blemish and is blended well. New keith D tuners on 2 & 3 strings. The 1 & 2 strings are regular keith tuners. Banjo is setup with Five star 5th string peg and Remo head with Huber bridge. Resonator has typical finish crazing but is in great condition with a few scratches dents and dings. The metal is in great condition for the age. The rim, neck and resonator have bwb binding. The banjo comes with nice leather strap, Professional 6 latch Brown TKL case, and short scale Tenor neck, case, and all Hardware to convert back to BB if you choose. This is one of the best sounding banjos I have owned. A bargain for basically three banjos in one. Sorry Shipping to lower 48 only. Please look at pictures for details and fell free to ask questions. Thanks
