This prewar Vega "pie plate" style resonator in a relatively rare blonde finish. It is designed to fit their standard 10 15/16" rims using either their individual 28-piece or 4-piece flanges. It is in good shape overall except that it is missing a small section of the binding and has a few scuffs on one side (see pictures).
If needed I can furnish a set of individual flange plates for it at a reasonable price.
