Bought this Nechville Nextar used 4 years ago for $2,400 from bernunzio.com/. Will sell it for $1,950. The scale length of 26.5 inches is a tiny bit longer than the standard banjo scale length (Gibson Standard is 26.25 in). The banjo has a built-in fifth string capo. The back of the neck is sanded to a satin finish. Frets are in good condition. Snuffy Smith banjo bridge. Comes with SKB case and tools for removing the head. As you can see in the pic, the heel has a small fine line that looks like it may have been a repair, but it is not a crack – the heal has been fine as long as I have had the banjo. The headstock has been nicked a tiny bit at the end point, but it’s not noticeable. Some of the rim gears are a little worn -- see pic. Overall, it's in great shape. The banjo was built in 96 and has the standard Teflon ring instead of the ball bearings.
